I would like to introduce myself as the new Service Manager
for Selene Seattle.

cruising can be positive and a trouble free experience.
Selene Seattle customer service will be the central hub for
the new Service Centers noted below. We look forward to
working closely with the five service centers to provide
timely responses to your needs. My department will assist
you with your questions, concerns and issues as they relate
to:
Warranty approval
Please contact me so I can refer you to the closest service
center. They have the proper forms and will submit warranty
items to me for factory approval.
Factory parts/upgrades
Contact me for upgrades that you may want to purchase from
the factory.
Emergency repair
Selene Seattle is dedicated to trouble free cruising. If an
unfortunate event occurs while cruising the inside passage,
I will be available or will set up emergency repair to
minimize any delay.
System consultation
Please feel free to also contact me with technical
assistance as I have been outfitting high end yachts over
the past 12 years. I would be happy to meet with you and
your broker to go over the technical details on your new
Selene trawler.
Our goal is to maintain the highest customer satisfaction
level possible by providing service throughout the
northwest, Canada, and Alaska.
