A Message to our Customers

I would like to introduce myself as the new Service Manager for Selene Seattle.

We look forward to working with every new Selene owner so their cruising experience can be positive and trouble free. Selene Seattle's Service Center will provide a timely responses to your needs. My department will assist you with your questions, concerns and any issues you may have.

Warranty approval
Each Selene undergoes a rigorous inspection upon its arrival from China. We make sure everything is in proper order before handing you the keys. Later down the road we are here to help with any warranty items that may come up.

Factory parts/upgrades
Contact me for upgrades that you may want to purchase from the Jet Tern Marine Shipyard..

Emergency repair
Selene Seattle is dedicated to trouble free cruising. If an unfortunate event occurs while cruising, I will make sure you receive an emergency repair to minimize any delay.

System consultation
Please feel free to contact me with technical assistance and I would be happy to meet with you and your Selene Seattle Sales representative to go over the technical details on your new Selene trawler.

Our goal is to maintain the highest customer satisfaction level possible by providing service throughout the northwest, Canada, and Alaska.
